The place was very clean, had great view, was in a very good area. The owner was very friendly, gave us good recommendations, let us have later check out. The breakfast was good.

This was a lovely return visit after three years. We were made so welcome by Melody and Kim, and were then looked after really well for the rest of our six night stay. Our room was all ready for us when we arrived at 10am after an overnight flight from London so we were able to shower and change soon after arrival. Our room was large and very comfortable with a large firm bed, two easy chairs, two big wardrobes with lots of hangers, a good sized fridge and TV. The ceiling fan provided all necessary cooling. There was a tray for tea and coffee.
The bathroom was huge and very well appointed with a large corner bath, separate shower cubicle, bidet, vanity unit and WC. Both the bathroom and bedroom were well lit.
The pool was sparklingly clean and very refreshing on hot days. The gardens were beautiful and very well maintained
There was secure parking within the electrically operated gates. The whole site is very secure.
The breakfasts were excellent with a choice of mueslis, fruit, pastries and bread, fruit juice, and large cooked breakfasts; these were enough to keep us going until dinner!
The location is perfect for the Constantia wineries as well as excursions down the Cape peninsula or into Cape Town. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area.
We can't wait to return!

Our flight arrived late and despite arriving after midnight Melody received us with all his kindness and friendliness. The breakfast was top and the location of the guesthouse is perfect for visiting cape town and the vineyards.

Very nice family accommodation in a quiet location. Good starting point to see Cape Town and surroundings. Very friendly reception. Handling and contact very good. I can highly recommend the Paradiso Guesthouse.

The accommodations were spotless and we had everything we needed. That included black out blinds, heated blankets, and coffee and tea items. It was only 4 minutes from the American Int’l School, 16 minute drive to the Muizenburg beach, and same to Kirstenbosch Gardens. The breakfast included fresh fruit and made to order bacon, eggs and toast arranged at the time we determined. Melody, our host, was delightful.
